I don™™t like that the door retracts when I™™m trying to load the dishwasher. It also has a weird handle on it. But it works fine.

Replaced our 25 year-old dishwasher after it died. Insulation was easy,(two out of five wrenches). I was a little surprised how light it was and how Minimalistic it was with only two cycles to choose from. But that™™s not a big deal for us. That™™s all we use anyway. Sometimes simpler is better. Insulation instructions were helpful. But they didn™™t seem thorough. Example the dishwasher door would not lay down flat, when opened and kept trying to close even with the dish rack on it. My wife had to hold the door down to put dishwashing soap in it. So I had to pull the washer back out to adjust the door springs. But there was nothing in the instructions on how to do that. Not a big deal for me, but somebody with less experience might have trouble with this.

This dishwasher is great value for the price, but getting the unit was a pain in the rear. The delivery service used by Frigidaire was not great at communicating updates, as delivery of the unit was delayed 3-4 days. Once the unit was delivered, the delivery company who was paid to haul the old unit away, just parked the new unit next to the old one and left. I've called and texted them and still have not gotten a response. The old unit is still at our house and we're out the pickup fee. When I called Frigidaire to complain, they told me someone would come back same day together the old unit and I was provided the direct phone number to the delivery service. Again, no one came to pick it up and I haven't been able to get anyone in the phone to even have a conversation about the missed pickup of the old unit.
