The caster kit was a great feature. My wife loves it to clean the area under the freezer, when needed. The down side is, one of the locking casters has to be on the back left corner and becomes useless in a left corner wall situation. A space needs to be made available along the front edge to mount the second locking caster, not in the back. This would make it a full access location, even when in a confined space, minding the required air flow spacing requirements are adhered too.

I especially love the casters, it makes moving the freezer so easy. These freezers are very quite and hold perfect temperatures, they are roomy and so very easy to clean. Not happy with freezer controls

I don™€™t like the digital controls. I need to put my face next to to floor to read them. It™€™s even more of a challenge because I wear trifocals. What happened to the tried and try hi-lo knob? The digital temperature display is a good feature. Setting the temperature, temperature boost, C or F and lock feature with two buttons that you can™€™t see because they™€™re near the floor is way too complicated. I like knob left low right hi. I actually think mine is not working correctly. I can™€™t seem to get it below 15F.

The warranty is a scam! I've had this freezer for a year now and it's already broken. The lid is so long that the middle began to bow from being opened with the middle handle, which caused the seal to fail. So, now the freezer builds up frost throughout the whole thing. I filed a warranty claim, but after almost a month I'm told that the part is unavailable AND not covered under warranty. Their customer service is impossible to get ahold of and they don't help you in the end. I was on hold for 43 minutes while an agent looked into my claim before the called forwarded to a survey and hung up on me. They try to sell you an extended warranty every chance they get, even though the original warranty doesn't work. Never buy Frigidaire.

I began a chile sauce business this year. I need a freezer to hold up to 700 or 800 pounds of green chile. This Frigidaire model has the required cubic footage, plus the important freeze boost feature to rapidly freeze warm fresh-roasted chile while maintaining the internal freezer temperature constant. The locking lid keeps this expensive inventory secure. The casters make moving this heavy freezer relatively easy to clean behind it. I purchased this freezer through Home Depot in Albuquerque, NM, for $998.00, and it was delivered to my home four hours away for no charge. Finally, I purchased a smaller Frigidaire freezer in 2005 for home use, and it is still running strong 18 years later. This is a measure of quality that led me to buy another Frigidaire freezer for my business.

Let's start with the good. It is large, beautiful and the casters it came on help to move it since it is so large. I noticed a day after installation that there was frost build up inside with no food in it. Turns out the gasket is not sealing it. Disappointing!. haven't been able to reach anyone.
