The company I bought this microwave from sold me a used (returned) microwave under the pretense that it was brand new. After it was installed I tried to register it. I had to call Frigidaire direct to resolve the issue, only to find out I was sold a previously registered item and could not re-register it. The microwave I had installed was loud and had issues. After a long coversation with the company I bought it from, they exchanged it for a "new" microwave and it's been working great since.

This unit has worked very well. It is very quiet, almost don't hear it running in the background. Very easy to use as well. Fans are powerful and the stove top light is nice. Wish it had a bright and dim option but the light as is works well. Overall, so far it's a great product.

Large size, efficient cooking ( no overcooking), looks good in kitchen. Only drawback was difficulty in setting timer. But once i figured it out, works great.

We have been using our new microwave in our new home for 2 months and like the performance and features we have. We especially like the feature to push 2 and wait a couple seconds and the microwave starts 2 minutes. Once started you can add 10 or 30 second to the time using the 10 or 30 seconds buttons. We are very happy with the product and do use a cover over food just incase we miscalculate time to cook. We also have an Angry Mama which uses vinegar and water when heated as directed to clean the microwave. Angry Mama hasn™™t been needed yet but she is standing by for the next carbon unit/humanoid to make a mistake ;-)

The interior has ample room to hold a dinner plate or large bowl. Quickly heats water or leftovers. Esp. Like how fast it cooks a baked potato. Very impressed with how quiet it runs.
